Lindsey Hall
Director, LMFT, MMFT
Hi there. My name is Lindsey. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my degree at Utah State University (Go Aggies!) and love the landscape of the mountains year-round, but especially in the early summer and fall.
Sometimes, it can feel like life has the reigns. My hope is to help you become the author and illustrator of your own narrative as you explore your story, despite life sometimes producing unknowns. I understand that this will take hard, sometimes uncomfortable, work. I will be here with you, walking with you, supporting you, delving into your work with you without judgment.
I feel deeply honored to collaborate with a diverse group of clients who take the courageous step into therapy. My greatest goal is to help clients find authentic connections, whether that is with themselves and their own emotions, in their relationships, or on their quest to find peace.
I practice from a mostly eclectic modality including techniques from attachment, emotion-focused, experiential, family systems, mindful, narrative, and trauma-informed theories. I am EMDR trained.
I’m looking forward to meeting you and discovering the change, growth, and healing that is in store for you.
“At any given moment you have the power to say, ‘This is not how the story is going to end.’” -Christine Mason Miller

Nicole Nelson
CMHC Intern
Hi, I’m Nicole, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor graduate intern at Spring Creek Counseling. As a dedicated counseling intern, I am deeply passionate about the counseling process because I believe in the transformative power of human connection and self-discovery. I have always been drawn to helping others navigate their challenges, and I see counseling as a vital space for healing and growth.
During my training, I have witnessed firsthand how the counseling process can empower individuals to uncover their strengths, work through their struggles, and develop healthier coping strategies. Each client’s unique story inspires me and reinforces my commitment to providing a safe, empathetic environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. There is nothing more amazing than seeing a client be vulnerable and trusting you
with their process.
I am particularly passionate about fostering resilience and self-advocacy in my clients. I believe that everyone has the potential to lead fulfilling lives, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and empowerment. Through active listening, compassion, and evidence-based practices, I aim to create meaningful connections that facilitate positive change.
As I continue my journey in counseling, I look forward to learning from my clients and contributing to their personal growth. I am excited to be part of a profession that prioritizes mental health and well-being, and I am committed to being a supportive ally for those seeking guidance.
I use an integrative approach of EMDR, CBT and DBT. My top goal is the therapeutic relationship, and I aim to make sure you feel seen, heard, connected, and actively involved in the healing process. With my lighthearted and compassionate personality, I hope I can be a great fit for you.
